FUNCTION: Chainmail-esque with a subtle shimmer and sparkle, the beauty in this piece lies with the fact that it's perfect for all seasons. You can layer it up or down for your desired comfort level depending on the temperature or the occasion. Special features of this design are a highly stylized hood, a wrap around bodice, and angular points at every sleeve and panel piece. An added bonus are the 3 silver medieval- inspired sun or moon amulets delicately placed at the 3 focal points of the design.
FIT: The upper body/bodice wraps around your upper waist and ties in the back for a comfortable, custom fit. Sleeves are oversized at the upper arm and open at the lower arm for optimum air flow through the garment. The lower body/skirt has 4 panels so movement, dance, and role-playing is easy to achieve! Hood is oversized and has a point at the center front.
TRIM: Center front of the hood and sleeves are embellished with a faceted silver sun or moon amulet (depending on what is in stock at the time of your order).
FABRIC: A slinky, lightweight, chain-link metallic mesh, made of nylon and lurex fibers. This combination of fibers create a mesh that is soft to the touch, so there is no "itch-factor". Fabric also appears glowing when in natural light!

CARE: *Dry-Clean for best results. Otherwise you may wash inside-out on cold, hand wash or delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry immediately to prevent wrinkles. Do not use a machine dryer to prevent mesh distortion over time.
