If you receive any garment or accessory not to your liking and/or fit, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it and once approved, may exchange items for another item in our shop or for a store credit (minus the cost of shipping) within 7 days *from initial shipping date*.
**BEFORE ORDERING ANY GARMENT: Please be sure to measure yourself and then compare it to the size chart that is clearly listed in each garment description. This will prevent any issues with fit ahead of time.
If any item we've create does not fit you properly when it arrives to you, it can be exchanged within 7 days with all tags intact and no signs of being worn/washed by any means. We're sorry, but there are absolutely no refunds unless you receive an item in true error, and/or find any flaws not disclosed by either the item description or photos.
**EXCEPTION: We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items or custom orders.

Please ship via USPS Priority Mail (which includes free tracking) to us. This way, it is guaranteed to reach us and in minimal time. We will then ship your exchange garment to you once we've received the returned item.
Please send us a tracking # once it goes out so we may track it and get your exchange item back to you as soon as possible.

As long as you follow our exchange policy, we will gladly provide you with store credit (minus the cost of shipping) for future use. Your store credit will be honored indefinitely. If there is nothing to your liking or in your size at the time of your exchange you can keep your store credit until new listings or restock items are released.
We have a clear "Exchange Only" policy posted online as well as when we are in person via the faires and pop-up events. Please understand that this policy is a precautionary measure of being small biz in the clothing industry. We have this policy for both our customers' sake as well as our own.
The only exceptions we make for refunds are in rare cases such as duplicated orders or an error on our part. If you feel this is your situation, please do not hesitate to contact us, as we are always here to help!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.
We offer FREE shipping USPS Priority Mail (which includes tracking) on orders of $250 or more.
We ship all domestic orders via USPS PRIORITY MAIL most often within 3-5 business days of receiving your confirmed payment (as long as the item is in stock). Included with Priority Mail is delivery confirmation so that you may have a tracking number for your package. It will be included with the shipping notification we send to you through email so you will know when the item has shipped and the delivery date it will be delivered to you.
**If the item you purchased is not in stock and we have to make it for you, please expect lead times to be up to 6 weeks, depending on the work flow at the time.
**We are not responsible for packages gone "missing" once we have shipped with tracking through Priority Mail. It will be your responsibility to track the package if any issues should arise. NO REFUNDS, no exceptions.
We offer international shipping for most countries. We ship via USPS International Priority Mail, which includes a tracking number. Delivery time is 6 to 10 business days.
Once the package has left the U.S. you are responsible to retrieve your package via your country's customs/receiving.
**There are no REFUNDS or EXCHANGES at all permitted on International Orders under any circumstances. No exceptions or exclusions will be considered. Since we've updated this policy, there have been no issues with customers receiving their orders.

Rest assured your package will ship from a clean & magical design studio, directly from our hands to yours. Adorned in fanciful tissue paper, it should arrive to you unruffled & with minimal handling.
Gift Wrapping and Packaging
Upon ordering any garment, we ship it wrapped in clean and fanciful tissue paper. If you would like us to add in a brief custom gift note, please include it on the checkout page.
We do our best to list fit/sizing measurements for each design within it's item detail description. Please be sure you compare yourself to those given measurements for the sizes indicated in the listing. Due to the unique nature of our patterns, some pieces can vary slightly, hence we have provided specifications within each listing true to it's own.
We are happy to help you with sizing questions at any time. Send your measurements if you have any concerns with the garments fit. We will reply quickly and suggest a size for you and/or offer another garment design that may fit you better. Either way, we will always guide you for a garment that we know will fit you beautifully.
Please note the *CARE section in our items listing descriptions. Many of our garments use unique and specialty fabrics which aren't always machine washable. This ruins not only the form of the garment, but also the fibers when mixed with water and friction of the washing process. Most (such as velvets, brocades, and jacquards) are Dry Clean Only.
Some more delicate pieces (like laces, crochets, and knits) with trims and fringes may be hand washed only. Please check each listing before buying and caring for your garment. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding this. We are happy to help you ahead of time and don't want your garment to get ruined by any means.
Some items we offer are OK for machine wash (gentle cycle, cold water) and either hang-dry/lay-flat to dry or tumble dry low. With these items there is potential for possible shrinkage or stretching, so please inquire with us before doing so.
Our Fabric and Material
No. We use only faux vegan leather/vinyl or micro/ultra suede.
No. We receive several inquiries if our garments are safe for pyrotechnics, fire dancers or performers. Unfortunately most of our fabrics are either too delicate or a blend that is not safe for fire.
Custom and Personalized Orders
No. We are no longer able to provide custom orders or alterations at this time. However, do know that any of our designs can be taken to your local seamstress or tailor to be altered for you, such as hems, etc.
Sometimes. We do accept requests of desired fabrics or colors to be considered for our designs. We are happy to create pieces based on our customer demands. If we receive enough requests for a color or fabric we may create it, if the material becomes available for that specific design.
