FUNCTION: We designed this cape to keep it lightweight and versatile for all weather, and to be a perfect finishing touch to any look. Unlike most capes - our design is not cumbersome and heavy, and won't add extra weight. A perfect finishing touch to your formal event, costume for Renaissance or Fantasy festivals, cosplay or cons, or any type of gaming: SCA or LARP events. 

FIT: Relaxed, lightweight, and casual. The cape is asymmetrical in nature, shorter front with much longer back. We've placed buttons at the shoulders with straps so that you can adjust the way the cape/cloak is worn. You can wear it down in the front, or button one side up and the other down, or both up together- you choose how you want to wear it! Hood is slightly oversized, and designed to stay on your head well with movement. Decorative buttons are in an antiqued brass finish.

FABRIC: This is a light-weight, (cotton/poly/spandex blend) distressed, double knit fabric. It looks authentically period or fantasy, while also being is soft, sturdy, and holds its form very well. Perfect to wear in cool or warm weather, especially with the slightly oversized hood which shields your head and face well from sun or rain. Decorative brass buttons are on each shoulder. It's very easy to care for, just throw it in your machine at home.

CARE: Machine wash delicate cycle in cold water, and hang to dry to add to the fabrics longevity.
